Dr. Wan Amir Nizam Wan Ahmad completed his Ph.D. in pharmacology in 2005 and served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, before becoming a lecturer at USM. He has a specific interest in biostatistics, specifically the use of GraphPad Prism, and has actively conducted the GraphPad Prism workshop. He is currently the president of the Malaysia Society of Pharmacology and Physiology (MSPP) and a member of The British Pharmacology Society's International Advisory Board.
